Inspired by my trip to the south west of WA, this collection of colours correlates to places I went, plants I enjoyed and memories of spring and wildflowers and time spent driving along the coast at sunset. The colours are a mix of single pigments and signature blends exclusive to Ruco. Some are matte and granulating, others are shimmery and all create a vibrant cacophony of colour on the page with great versatility to paint a wide variety of subjects.
This stunning hardwood palette is filled with all 12 of our new WA themed collection of colours. Painted with our brand mark in gold and then sealed with a satin varnish to ensure its longevity, each pot holds around a standard pans worth of paint. These beauties are never restocked once they sell out, so be quick!
The colours are called Prevelly (ST, S, S), Cockatoo (SO, B, S), Yallingup (SO, B, G/S), Watsonia (SO, S, S), Flame Pea ( SO, B, G), Hamelin (T, B, G), Hovea (O, B, G), Calla (ST, B, G), Mammoth (O, B, G), Aristida (ST, S, S), Boranup (ST, B, G) and Augusta (SO, S, S).
As a handmade product, minor flaws should be expected and embraced as gentle reminders of the beautiful handmade nature of the paints.
